Colorado B.S. Thread

I am looking to move there or Idaho. 5th gen co native this state has changed...

 

One of my coworkers who moved from Bozeman to Denver said that the property values in Bozeman really didn't reflect the job market there. He said there were lots of rich people moving there and driving up property values but not enough technical jobs for regular folks to keep up. My parents are actually retiring in the next year or so, selling their property here and moving to Boise... seems like Montana and Idaho are becoming hot spots real quick...

 

Easy solution to that. Just become a billionaire

Lots of underemployed people in places like Bozeman. Montana and Wyoming are pretty bad in that regard with lots of highly educated people working crappy jobs.

 

Had a dude come out and look at the YJeep and make a pretty good offer. Not even sure if it's worth negotiating even though I could probably get an extra hundred or two
