Take out the cb yourself. I understand you aren’t a mechanic and don’t have time or space. But that is literally a one wrench job that requires no special tools other than one wrench and maybe 10 minutes.

I’ve done more than that in a hotel parking lot.

Why did you do the cb drop? All you needed was the ecgs bushing. I bet that’s the issue. I have the same lift with ecgs and zero vibs.

The Pro is lifted an additional inch over the other trims, will those trucks need shims and similar fixes? Or does an inch not count as a lift?

So you guys think the cb drop might be doing the harm? I was under the impression that since OME and HS shipped it with the kit that it was necessary

I have the same vib at 20mph tire rotation, alignment...did not fix anything. Cb drop in or out same results! I got u under the truck and tightened the the leafs U bolts a tap it reduced the vibration a bit but still there! I will be doing the shims soon hopefully that solves it!

If you get the same vibes with or without the cb drop... is it better to have it in trying to negate wear and tear or take it out?

The pros aren’t lifted in the rear at all which doesn’t mess with the driveline angles and therefore won’t need to be shimmed or have a cb drop installed to correct said angles.

The CB drop is just a way to hopefully correct bad driveline angles that you may have after lifting the rear of your truck. If the vibrations you are experiencing are caused by the driveline, here is a video on how to fix it:

Vibes in my ‘15 were pretty obvious post 2.5” lift, ECGS solved completely. I would guess it’s you’re more aggressive tires...you’ll get used to it.

Not sure if it’s an indicator, but I shift it to neutral at those speeds and it’s still there

Kings. 2.75” front with a Deaver pack in the rear at 3”.

I had slight vibrations under 20mph while decelerating and took it to the dealer. They turned the front rotors and vibe went away.

What I don't get is, why only some trucks of identical year, make and model? Are the tolerances that tight?

Negative. You should only use shims, CB drop or diff drop if needed. Maybe your rotors need turned like mine did.

Not sure if it matters or would affect anything, but they torqued the ubolts to 52 ft-lbs per the manual. But the OME dakar install video says 75. They also torqued them when the truck was on the ground, whereas the dakar install video they torqued them when lifted.
