Make that 7 but it's a little more North than East. Been trying to contact @Taylor@KC HiLiTES but no response as of now. Won a flashlight on the KC survey but thought it would be lonely travelin by itself so I'd like to get some G4 Ambers too.

Taylor hasn’t checked in since Monday. I’m sure he will be back soon. KCs G4s are out of stock for 1-2 months more. You can get them now here:

Really like the color output of those G4s...but personally would prefer the extra brightness the Rigids provide overall.

Must be patient and wait for the amber Rigids........

I would call the Rigids 'selective yellow' and the KCs 'amber'. With a TRD offroad you can fit a yellow H9 in the OEM housing and have higher output than the Rigids and KCs, while also having lower color temp than the Rigid.

    Hey guys,

Just wanted to post a quick update - sorry for being MIA! I was in Death Valley all week with no internet access. I just got home about an hour and a half ago. I'll be spending the next few days catching up on replies here and on PMs. Promise I wasn't ignoring anyone!

I'm the exact opposite in that I'll be opting for the G4's to battle against the frequent poor weather driving that I do 3/4 of the year.

I do have some bulbs like that in right now, but I don't find they do too much...it seems like they illuminate right in front of the truck where I can't really see than anywhere else. I like how the Rigids throw a lot farther, or at least look like they do from what I've seen in your pictures. I know were talking about fog lights...and their purpose is to illuminate close to the road but...

And the short life expectancy of the bulbs I have in now is a turn off (250hours)

For me the deal with fog lights is eliminating glare . I was afraid with overpowered lights the glare would increase.

Hopefully the KC's cut through the weather enough . Package will be in today .

The KC and Rigids are much more forward focused, so if that is what you are looking for either would be an excellent choice. KCs have a bit of a wider throw and lower color temp, but the Rigids are brighter.

I haven't seen anything that will reduce precipitation refraction as well as the amber KCs, they will be an outstanding choice.

My phone isn't really representing the light well but it looks great in person . Here's a side shot. Head on the glare is tough from the drl. Might put the fogs on a separate switch

That output is awesome just from a phone pic with street lighting in the mix. And I'm really digging how much wider the beam pattern is than the OEM fogs. I'm placing my order soon. Is @Taylor@KC HiLiTES setting up a group buy or providing a black friday coupon???
