Do you have to shoot in RAW to do that?

Great turn out this week! Good luck everyone and now I leave it in the hands of @Wadar for the winner.

 

You can adjust a jpg to an extent but if you want full control of it to edit, RAW is best because all of the info from the photo is saved in the file. On mine camera that's a 9-15 meg photo for jpeg vs a 80 meg photo for RAW. Some don't use RAW because of the room it takes up. Way I figure it storage is cheap now days with external HD's.

 

But our resident camera phone photographer doesn't like your purple lightning. I thought it looked pretty cool without adjusting the color temp.

I shoot RAW + jpeg. My camera also has 2 SD slots though so the RAW files go to one card and the jpegs go to the other. Like you said, storage is cheap now.
