BAMF OR 4X INNOVATION for sliders? both on sale..leaning toward 4x due to price is less and they are in stock. Bamf said with the sale it will most likely be around 6 months lead time.

it will probably do anything too hard. so i think the 4x will be fine.

4x is good. Can't go wrong.

Unless you plan on having wide ass stance with spacers then go bamf as the kick out is so big.

what's a bad rear shock sound like? I have a nasty clunk/clank coming from my rear end since Pismo but everything is torqued that I can think of to check...ubolts, hangar bolts, shackle, etc. Happens any time I hit a speed bump in the back end or if I accelerate quick from a stop

I dunno if it would have a sound, unless it absolutely trashed, but I could be wrong.

Is your spare tire still back there?

Nope it's in the bed, been in there since I was on 32s lol.

I double checked the spare tire hangar though, as I zip tied it up to keep it from banging around. This is a very distinct "clack" sound like something smacking something else...weird. My next move it to take the skids off (only have IFS and t-case) but if one of them is loose or hitting something that could be it. The fact that it only comes from the rear when the rear hits a bump though makes me feel like it's the rear suspension somehow. Checked the leafs for any obvious signs of one breaking but they look good.

I thought I remembered @Speedytech7 saying awhile back that when his Icons needed rebuilding they made a clicking or clacking sound

They do, but that's because the bearings were toasted. They make a squelching noise when they blow out
