    I used to have the TRD tune with the 2.85 URD pulley and my AFR's were stupid rich. Like super stupid and I have never had an AFR really be "steady" but they are more "steady" now with the Ucon than before the Ucon. And as for performance, our build is quite similar. I have video on my YouTube channel of my AFR's if you want to watch them. Some dry and some towing. I will see if I can get a moment and link them.

    The AFR numbers for WOT, idle, or cruise should have relatively steady numbers. The TRD reflash does an excellent job of that consistency whether it’s rich or lean.

    Do you not have 455s in your truck now? If so swap the ucon out already and you’ll know immediately. One thing that the ucon hates more than anything are exhaust and/or intake air leaks.

    Quick question if anyone knows or can check, the smooth pulley that comes on the stock dynamic tensioner is that 76mm or almost 3 inches wide. I just got a replacement from magnuson and he said that's the correct size. Problem is I cant get it to clear the crankshaft pulley. I thought if I was reading correctly that the pulley should be close to 50 mm.

    54mm is what it should be, or 2.1".

    A 50mm or 2.0 pulley will work as well.

    Gotcha thank you sir, i dont expect it to be 100% solid, i figured it would move a little, i am just trying to figure out if its going to move around a substantial amount because i want to be able to get out of it quick in case it starts to lean out on the passenger bank like it normally does..

    That is what i am hoping for, my AFRs are all over the place with my UCON.. I do have the 455cc's in right now. @o0opackersfano0o is going to reflash my stock ECU for me, so im waiting on that at the moment. I am going to swap it out as soon as i get it back from him.
    I dont think i have any intake or exhaust leaks, everything seems good, but there could be a minor one somewhere that i dont know about i suppose..

    Now a question for all of you. I just replaced my Bank 1 and 2 Sensor 2's. The oxygen sensors per a reccomendation from Scott before I datalog. Do you all disconnect the battery after pretty much all sensor or electrical changes? And it said to remove the battery terminals to reset the Ucon before I run the datalogs. Can I just pull the EFI fuse that removes the power to the ECU to do the same thing. My battery terminals are a PITA!

    @12TRDTacoma is correct, it's a 54mm (~2.15in) pulley for our stock tensioner.
    Here's the replacement Magnuson sent me. They simply replace the original 3 inch pulley on the Gates 38274 with the 54 mm. It's not the first time they've sent replacements with the wrong pulley.

    I always just pull the negative terminal and set a timer on my phone to make sure i get the full 3 minutes. Would probably be quicker to do it that way vs pulling a fuse

    I've always had rich #s. It was steady with stock exhaust. Once I put a free flowing exhaust with a 2.7 it was really erratic. Now with a 2.5 it's quite stable. Fpr mod keeps it steady til' the meth is spraying. Then I can hit 8's if I want. This is with ovtune. If I dont get an update established by years end I'll pull it and go back to trd flash.
