Cap City Build & BS AF

Mine hangs out in the bed, under the topper now. I likely won't rail mount it until I permanently run larger tires, for now, I just toss it in the bed when I have the km2s on and going wheeling. It's also an easy grab mounted open air like that, but I had worry about my axe/shovel which had been unmolested over a year, too.
There's a 4x4 block of wood that always lives in the bed, so I can at least use that under the baby bottle jack to change a flat when on the smaller tires, when the Hi Lift and 33s are in the garage.

 

Was thinking more of the west coast next to the gulf. Down to Guadalajara.

 

Had mine on the bed rack for years and no issues. Then I had it off one time to carry something and my son lost the wing nut (still haven't found it) I made that holds one side of the jack on.


Wish it was still all purty like that now. lol

 

@ChadsPride, what about mounting it under your KBVoodoo bars parallel to your water tank?

 

Thats not a bad idea but won't be able to run the bed bars since they slide up and down the bed rails.

 

You gotta sacrifice something. Your only options are making some new mounts hovering over the bed, and attaching it to your Voodoo bars.

 

Have you seen the language and name calling the mods use in the Ban thread? I think you're safe big fella.

You were by the Expressway. I rarely go over there, mainly just to go to Best Buy, or 4WheelParts.

 

Yeah, it's at a shopping plaza type deal. Never been at that restaurant, but Best Buy, and 4WheelParts is near that area.

 

Yeah, typically I'm only there for a few hours. I seem to always do a same day turn around which equates to a 24 hour day of traveling.

Next time I want to stay for a day or two.
