Much much better. The clarity at higher volumes is considerably better than stock and the bass is much better. They do need an amplifier and aftermarket headunit for their full potential to be reached but so far I am extremely pleased with them. Paid about $170 for the fronts and $150 for the rears.

 

about to get some new pods for some ditch lights and to replace my fogs! not sure if i should go with amber for the fogs and regular LED for the ditch lights or vice versa

Not today, but a few weeks back finally finished my very labor-intensive onboard air setup! Custom mounted to the rear seat brackets with 20x8" 1/8th aluminum plate. My setup utilizes the ARB single Air compressor with a 1-gallon from Viair. I ended up making it a full function and regulated high output air compressor so I can not only fill up tires, but power lockers, air tools, and I still have ports left for other accessories. Really happy with how it turned out and it fits perfectly behind the rear seats and is wired right into my SPod switch panel. Next step is to get my gears and locker installed so this bad boy can power it

 

Are those 285s? And did you chop chop your ARB bumper? Nice truck.

Was it making a metal on metal clunking sound? Mine has been making such a sound going over large speed bumps and dips, has been driving me crazy!

Do you by chance have those torque specs on hand?? Also the link to the post if you still have it?

I held off just to see how bad it might be, but purposely going over potholes and garbage roads, it didn't make any noise whatsoever. Although, it will make it look better to cover up the bare metal back there.
