Sounds like you got your answer in the other thread. 555 ain't the same as OEM. OEM has a machined mounting surface and definetly no zerk fitting or a spot to put one. Mine don't anyway. Trucks got 66k on it, nowhere near time to replace them yet so I know their original.

I could tell your from SC based solely on all the constriction cones on I assume 85, and that sign being made out of corrugated metal. 2 things I remember from my brief 1 year stay in Greenville. But that was when Woodruff Road was nothing but forests.

Yes, I'm actually on the 85/385 project. This was off 85s right before Pelham rd exit.

 

I used to live off Woodruff Road. Now I dont even stop there anymore due to all the traffic. Cabelas is cool though. Is Frankies fun park still there? Thats about all I remember.

It was a lot more quaint 15 years ago. Nothing but trees in that area. Now its like THE place to stop for anybody traveling on 85. I wouldnt mind moving back down there someday, but Spartanburg or Blacksburg.
