Is that a new motor? Super clean!
Also, glad to see we have a chain and not a belt.

Ugh! So many ideas and plans and questions. So little money.

I wish I knew what type harness I had lol. Would make it way easier if they had some sort of documentation on what vehicle went with each harness...because I'm dumb.
    Anyone know? 2013 2TR

    Yeah, just got that email.
If I remember correctly, my 2005 takes a Type-F harness

    A thing or two...
I'm running a Type F harness in my 2008. I would guess that all 2TRs are the same, but I'd call or email them to make sure.

Yeah. The PNP harnesses used to be one listing with info on what each type fit.

Ehh sort of. The tune ain’t great below 1.8k rpm and the precision has shit seals but otherwise it’s sorted out and pulls like crazy. I think i need to shell out for ID 1000s these 1700s are just too big to idle smooth I think. And I’m not gonna pay for a dyno or tune until I get the right sized injectors.

I’m probably going to buy a seal kit and try to rebuild myself seems simple enough on the YouTube machine

I've seen 2k cc injectors idle super smoothly.

I still feel it is something to do with the IAC valve.

Too bad you can't swap to an electronic TB and pedal to match.

Were they running e85? What was the stroke? I don’t think IAC makes any sense that the engine seems because it’s like it’s barely firing below 2k but purs like a kitten all the way past that

It was an Gates 311 Mitsubishi Evo, on Race Fuel. First time that I encountered the ID2000's. Years ago at the Texas Mile. I think that my truck was still lifted,.

I remember that too, think that’s how I found out my 2005 was F. The ECU plugs changed 2009 or 2012 (one of the update years) so I wouldn’t risk Type F after 2008 ecu unless verified first (this is for those that stumble upon this in 2023 lol )
