Ya... well Red Cross 100% shit the bed on Katrina. And they squandered a half billion dollars on the Haiti earthquakes.

Here's my problem with what I saw at the Butte County Fairgrounds. The place where they were taking donations was in just about the worst place it could possibly be set up. It was if they only had it set up because they had to, but it was way in the back, with terrible access... it was almost as if it was set up in such a way that it would seem that they don't want donations...

The (empty) Allstate Insurance tent, however, was right up front and center though. I think it would be a curiosity as to how much Allstate donates to Red Cross.

Not sure if everything done to it would be alright to smog.... although it would be Fed not CA standard... and its a long bed.

Check your local luckys, they should have it. It's pretty good on eggs. Theres a another version that's in r&d right now that is flat out awesome. Next meet up I'm gonna try to grab a bunch. Also check Casa Sanchez foods.com theres a store locator..

I have Raleys/Belair, Safeway, Holiday, MarVal, IGA, SPD, and a few others near me.
Saw a bunch of flavors at Raleys (i80 & Foresthill exit) earlier today, but no Cremosa.

I usually get casa Sanchez salsa but now
On the look out and going to try the other flavors!

 

Theres like 8 different kinds..its all good stuff. They roast everything in house in our building in Hayward. I watch them wash and peel onions, peppers, cut fresh garlic. Then fix the 3.5 million dollar high pressure pasteurizer when they overload it. Hell we make the dough for the tortilla chips every morning. Like old school, soak the corn, add salt and lime, simmer and grind..its a trip.

 

No wonder the chips are hella good. My go to chip and salsa. Let me know when stuff falls off the truck, I’m in Fremont so i can be there quick. Haha jk
