    Insurance question.

    State patrol got the name of the person and their insurance policy number. Not address or phone number. I called my insurance (USAA) to let them know. I asked them if his insurance would be covering it since it was his fault and usaa said I would have to pay my deductible out of pocket at this time since they don’t have his information. I told them they had his policy number and the accident report #. USAA didn’t have an answer for me. I am going to be calling usaa back, question is should I call progressive or just trust in my insurance company to handle it?
