Nice! I have the factory Inferno dash trim.

What color did you pick? You can also do your shifter for another pop of color.

Awesome! Used to live and grew up not too far from you. Frostproof and Avon park. Still lots of family there!

    Rock on!

I finally rerouted my wiring for my Pop-n-Lock. Been trying to clean up some of my earlier wiring projects and since this was like the first mod I did two years ago in the winter outside in the Northeast, I can admit I know much more today. Here’s some pics...

    22635606-D352-464D-B518-6FA6FF4DAECD.jpg

I used 18ga wires and color matched the OEM wires. The only color I didn’t have was Grey, so I used Yellow.

    598FD34B-1B53-4091-9AB3-F875332210ED.jpg

Works perfectly! Then I made my own wire harness to go from the passenger side of truck to the driver side where my original wires were once connected.

    FC255745-2C80-4C85-A0AE-EAC602C43235.jpg

Then I routed the wire harness under the carpet to the other side where I made my connection with the other wires from the Pop-n-Lock.

    6DA47875-9265-4C18-B732-4B34A927313E.jpg

Finally tucked the remaining wires under the carpet.

Done! Super clean and my tailgate is back to locking and unlocking with my Key Fob. Thanks to @Dee_Rail and @Aznray. It’s nice to revisit your earlier mods on your truck and clean up wiring when there may have been other ways of connecting to the OEM system developed over time. I do have extra items if anyone is interested. Send me a PM. At least until they are gone.

Didn't really do anything to it today, other than cuss at it after getting a CEL with less than 900 miles on the odometer. BUT, these did come today. Hope to get them on early next week.
