I cube mine fine, pan fry it in a little bacon grease, and add a couple good spoonfuls of jalapeno jelly right before it's done. Serve it over rice with some steamed/roasted veggies and it's goddamn delicious.

I highly recommend it. Goes well as a side for scrambled eggs the next day, too

What I do is cut one breast in half lengthwise so if you have basically 2 identical shaped pieces. Tenderize with a mallet, Then cut the breast pieces into 1" cubes, dip in eggwash, then dip into (1Tsp Salt and 1Tsp pepper, 1Tsp garlic powder and 1cup AP flour) seasoned flour then back into the egg wash and flour once again. Deep fry to golden brown. 2-3minutes per batch. dip in your favorite dipping sauce, bbq, ranch whatever.

I’ve got a Primos Trigger Stick, but the handle is getting sticky. I’m guessing the plasticizer is starting to leach out of it. Any tips on getting the stickiness off the handle? I’ve tried a 70% alcohol wipe but it seemed to make it worse.

    Turkey stuff from above lol

sliced n fried breast meat like said above :).
I’m partial to flour dredge, fry in butter, light salt. Correct slicing across grain 1/8” to 3/16” slices is important here

Legs go into stockpot or pressure cooker for gravyfication

Hot soapy water (really hot and lots of soap) and a stiff-bristle toothbrush should do the trick.

I should've taken these 3 days off work. Damn it man!
It got warm Sunday with a high of 52° w/ sun I think so I didn't hunt, and kinda warmish on Monday, it was at least sunny. Then it got cold again yesterday.

Slim possibility I'll hunt tomorrow morning, but I've got smoked mac n cheese to make for Turkey Day!

You mean there's another way to smoke foods?

Lump oak charcoal and that brand's 'natural' lighter fluid, hickory chips, in a CharGriller grill/smoker for this guy. Only way.
