    If I do get a new set of UCAs , do you think Toyota will go out of spec to align my wheel back to being straight? I kinda doubt that.

    Honestly if not trying to do it myself, I’d tell the shop: you didn’t even touch the adjustment cams. Either do the work or get a refund. (If u paid)

    "Messing with it", is what you're paying them for. It's not like you are getting picky and want .0317 degrees of camber. All they have to do is loosen the bolt and turn the cam. Now, if they tell you the cams are rusted and won't turn, that's another story, but they should say, "The alignment cams are rusted and won't turn. You need the cams replaced before we can align it".

    The only way I would let a dealer touch anything on my truck is for warantee work where I am benefiting big time. Like getting a new frame.

    I have gotten the best alignments from toyota itself. They have a dedicated alignment tech in our local dealer. The service advisor will bring him out and let you specify your preferences.
