So I decided to start with the cheap mods. After reading all the threads about debadging and blacking out emblems, I decided to give it a shot. Thanks to everyone who posted about their experience. It helped alot. I decided to only put the Tacoma tailgate emblem back. I originally used 3M indoor/outdoor heavy duty tape but found it to be a bit too thick and there was too much of a space. At socalman22's recommendation, I used automotive emblem tape and it worked much better. Thanks!

About a week ago I installed my new Access Limited Tonneau cover. Since the bed cover rails install behind the truck bed rails, I had to cut about an inch of each end of my cargo divider.
Voila, it now fits perfectly. :bananadance:

    Here are some pics...

Nice job on the mods, like the black out too, maybe sock can hook you up with some blacked out TRD stickers. A few members have his work & they look awesome. Would go well with you black / red theme.

Get outta my head. I was thinking the same thing. I saw his work on some other trucks and checked out his other stickers. He has a black/red TRD Sport that would look awesome.

I was thinking about painting my emblem on the front grille red. But i am not sure i might try it and see how it looks and if i dont like it i can repaint it black. But i will eventually get a billet grille.

I'm thinking about painting the emblem on the front red too. I've seen it painted black but I'm not crazy about it. I'm going to photoshop it red and see how it looks.

I'm not sure about red on red. It may be hard to see. I think the red/black combo is sharper looking, but that's just my opinion.

Both the roof rack and tube steps were factory installed. They're one of the reasons I bought my truck when I did.

These are the tube steps: http://www.tacomapartsstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=307

Here is the cargo divider: http://www.tacomapartsstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=270

Brandsport.com shows more detail but I can't believe how much more expensive they are.
    Tube Steps: http://www.brandsport.com/toy-pts09-35051.html
    Cargo Divider: http://www.brandsport.com/toy-pt767-35051.html

Since I'm slowly doing away with the chrome on my truck, I was thinking of selling my tube steps and replacing them with either the black powder coated ones or possibly going with the rock sliders.

Black on Black actually looks pretty sharp. I think that red on red would look pretty good. It just might not be as accented. Try it if you dont like it you could always paint over it.

Thanks so much for posting these pictures.

I just bought an access cover, the divider should be here in a few days. Thought I would have to return one of them.

What did you use to cut the divider?

Looks like you just took the end cap off the divider, cut it and put the end cap back on. Is that what you did? Anything I should look out for?
