Update people. Driver side is in. Took me 3 hours with the help of a friend, plus I power washed everything before going to town on the fender well..

So my take take on this is that since I have Remote Reservoirs you’re gonna need to cut the front portion that sticks out... well I cut it out because it wasn’t going to fit behind my Reservoir. It was such a PAIN in the ASS to do it myself.. I had a friend help mock it up everytime because we had to ensure the holes were in the right place prior to drilling. On the front portion, I had to cut a HUGE slit to have it fit in between the BODY mount because that’s as far it will be covering down on mine anyway. I will be converting to a T3 CBI front bumper in the future so that little gap you see on the bottom isn’t gonna be such of a big deal.. also on the inner portion of the fender liner where it anchors to the little mount, well.. I had to trim about a 1/4 of an inch to be able to have it line up just right with my outside fender and keep it all snug with my bumper.. over all, I wish it came with pre drilled holes so it would’ve been an easier install. This product is EXTREMELY functional and I will be putting the passenger side on another day.

Keep your old fender liners and place it the fend-x liner on the bottom, then place your old fender liner on top so you can have a template for where to drill your pilot holes. Keep a square file too, because you’re gonna have to square the holes out in order to line up with the fender. I put about 6 of the plastic fasteners and screws in from the kit that I purchased with the fendx. I’m planning on doing the same thing to the passenger side as well. I hope this helps a bit. Definitely gonna go 35’s now for sure.

Let me know if you guys have any further questions.

    Passenger side:

If anyone needs any further pictures, let me know, this is how I did my passenger side for my fendx’s with my remote
    Reservoirs in place.

Overall, very versatile installations all looking custom AF! Certainly an extra set of hands helps to finesse the Fend-X Liners into position

Thanks for the installation pics and details. I'm closer to getting a set now. I have remote reservoirs and a sweet set of custom splash guards from Gear Tech Customs with a cut out for the reservoir so I'll be trimming my wheel liners as well.
    Just a few more questions.
Do you have any pics of the hardware included?
You mentioned the plastic fasteners and screws included.
From your pics is doesn't look like you have it attached in the front bottom. Does it rattle at all? I know my stock wheel liners are noisy on dirt roads so looking forward to these if they are quieter.

i had to cut a slit and basically chop off the "earflap" looking portion to compensate for the remote reservoirs on mine. yeah i can find some pics of the hardware...

Thanks for posting so quickly! One more question.
Are instructions included? The L-brackets and magnets are throwing me off.

Interesting concept. Would you say there is an advantage to having these over the stock liners when running a bigger tire size such as a 285/75? Thanks!

Appreciate your interest foxhound! Our Fend-X liners will easily accommodate larger tires such as 285s compared to stock wheel liners. One main advantage is how the Fend-X liner lays flat and conforms to the natural contours within the fender well as oppose to the pre-molded stock liners. <-- This alone directly provides added turning radius wheel clearence. One of the most commonly rubbed/trimmed areas of the stock liner when fitting larger tires is the pre-molded portion shown below20181121_003749.jpg

As mention the flattened nature of the Fend-X liner (shown below) eliminates those protruding areas that are problematic on the stock liners

Hope this answers your question, if you have any further Qs let me know! Always happy to help

Glad to hear your first impressions of the BP-51 custom Splash Guards w/ resi cutouts! Dont be so quick to chop your flaps off because your BP-51 resi brackets are engineered and positioned differently compared to @Catfish21 Fox resi brackets. Also, note that the (AFTER) image below is equipped with OME BP-51s (although you cant tell because we geared it up for max coverage) and we didn't chop off the flaps.

    BEFORE
    20181121_144333.jpg
    AFTER
    20180624_185740.jpg

Keep in mind, everyones installation will have it's own set of variables. Each configuration is EXTREMELY versatile. Hope this helps!!

The L-brackets and magnets are extras as @Catfish21 mentioned (L-brackets only included with OEM bumper configuration) and is included to provide more versatility for the installation. A set of Magnets come with each hardware kit regardless of the configuration. (1) magnet per liner attached to the flap portion that bends up against the body and can cling to the red areas below
    20180912_203142.jpg
OR you can go the route of fastening it as shown below
    20181121_145525.jpg

Really appreciate your input and support throught the threads!!

Absolutely man. I’m gonna go up to 35’s and regear in the spring time, so we’ll see if there will be further modifications to keep these bad boys in.

Can someone post some pics of the wheel liner coverage to a aftermarket front bumper? I am really liking these but need to see how they will fit inside the rear of a cbi bumper. Are they going to be long enough out front? pnw. tacoma dont you have a cbi front bumper? (by the way, love your truck- 35s? sick bro)
Anyway, I took the old stock liners and heated them and remolded them to fit inside the lip of the front bumper. It works so far but would like to clean it up. thx
