For whoever might be interested I just installed the 9.4101G. It did not fix my "pop", so now I'm wondering about other sources.

BUT, the stock mounts were on their way out. The passenger side was especially bad. Very chewed up, with just a sliver of rubber remaining until it split.

Just did the passenger side of mine. the OEM mounts weren't worn thru yet (27k), but the rubber was starting to and I can see it's just a matter of time. I'll do the driver side when I get some time as it added about 1/8" lift to my passenger side.

You need to get a 14mm wrench on top of the bolt and loosen the nut simultaneously

It didn't seem like I could get up on top of the bolt while I was in there

The bolt head is about 4” above the bushing and nut. You need to reach around a metal piece by putting your hand towards the bumper

Good news and bad news on mine. I got it done, and mine were just as bad as the others on this thread, but test drive around the block and that wasnt what was causing my clunk unfortunately.
Ran into some snags during the process but this thread helped immensely. Driver side didnt line up properly like others have stated but a pry bar worked great. It also helped to be on a level surface. I also got a pic of the top of the body where the head of the bolt sits. This is the area we can't see while working down there and maybe being able to visualize it will help others I know it would've helped me. Screenshot_20190109-165603_Video Player.jpg

Thanks for the thread seems like a lot of us are having this problem, and very early on too. Mine started at about 5000 miles. Are the dealers doing this with updated parts yet? If not has anyone just had their dealer do it with your supplied better bushings?

And it seems there’s no TSB or anything right? When I call the dealer what should I be calling these? They’re all kind of synonymous it seems but what’s the best thing to tell them, radiator support mounts, cab mounts, front body mounts? Thanks

Dealer did mine 2.5 years ago under warranty at 5k miles. Had to open a Corporate case first. Misaligned on passenger side. Build date Dec 2015. Was told all on that line that day were misaligned. Worse noise ever. I refused to drive it until Toyota fixed it. No issues since after another 2.5 years and now 21k miles.

Looks like the one you have is for the top - with the sleeves (nipples?) that extend down through the mount. I think the nipple you're referring to is just bushing material that extends into the sleeve. For mine, which I recently purchased, they are both on the top bushing. It should be the same diameter as the larger washer set. If so, you're missing the lower bushing that doesn't have an integrated sleeve.

This is all that came in the bag. I figured I was missing something when i took the factory two bushings out and only had one to replace them.
