if you were to cut the 12v from battery to original relay and put the "keyed 12v in"
in its place then you don't need the extra relay. just put your toggle switch in its place
    to gnd.

another thing to try, remove the fog relay and add "12v keyed" to the center most pin
in the relay socket to power the fogs. its been a while but i think the current draw
    was 6A?

edit: while the center most pin of the relay socket will power the fog lights
i was informed that it will turn off when high beams are on.

i have opted to just unplug my DDL and leave fogs on instead.

Hate to bring bump a old thread... But just curious to see if anyone has been able to do this successfully? I have Baja Designs fogs and would be nice to be able to run them with my led lo and high beams all at the same time. Please share if this is possible!

    Bump.

    Is this solved?

Has there been a successful fog light "anytime" mod? (searched, but saw nothing definitive) --Thanks!

Gotcha...I think I have a pretty good understanding of things now. Willing to give this a shot but just need a little help. Factory fog switch wiring location? and the "fog wire"? I found a relay and harness that I believe is sufficient for this mod.

Check my sig for the SR fog lights mod thread. Will show you the wire you need to tap- Pin 26 off the light controller ECU behind the lower dash, on the left hand side near-ish to where you reach for hood release etc.
