    Montana doesn’t find either party at fault. They rely on the insurance companies to decide who was at fault. All they do is write a accident report. I thought that was crazy and asked the officer. The officer said that the insurance company will be able to figure out who was at fault with the report he was filling out.

    We are still waiting on USAA to refund us our deductible from early July when the wife was T-boned by a red light runner. First time we’ve made a claim in the 20yrs we have been with them.
