You're prob going to need a carrier bearing drop kit, diff drop won't fix the vibes.

2-3 degree shims under your leafs. The carrier bearing should not be dropped until last resort. Your shaft from the T Case should not be moved so you can get optimal working angles between the 2 shafts...which is why shims is the go to for driveline vibes.

If you experience a bumpy road feeling on slowing or accelerating they 20mph and 40 mph you will need the ECGS bushing replacement as others have said.

I spent a lot of time fixing these vines myself and the two I mentioned did the trick

Went in today to the shop after i felt a little vibration, they road forced them again and the slight vibe went away, 1 rear tire was slightly off but the other 3 came out fine. The vibe was so slight and I could barley feel it but I knew it was there.

It would vibrate about 53 and 64 and felt it in the seat a little. Never in the steering wheel. It wasn't as bad because I couldn't see the pass seat moving any. Mostly felt it when my knee resting on the door panel and in the seat of my pants. They got it straight, we even put my factory wheels and tires on to rule out any suspension issues.

The shims 2-3 degree might be something to consider, I should try as I’m putting in a 1” tapered block to level

Check the run out on the front brake rotors?...also make sure one of the TPMS sensors isn’t broken off rolling around inside the tire.

I had a vibration in my 2018 TRDOR like you describe. Same 265 falkens. Moved up to 285 falkens and the shake magically disappeared...
