After taking my truck to work yesterday and actually parking on level ground, I definitely need new leafs sooner rather than later. My ass end is a good 1” lower than my front. Probably gonna go with HD Dakar’s and add another AAL on top of it for crazy weight carrying capacity, and sell my current Dakar’s to someone with no extra weight for $100 because they could handle that with no issues. So if anyone is looking to lift soon, keep an eye out for when I take them off.

Well that’s easy! Just keep in mind I have no idea how long they’ll last on your truck but I would imagine pretty long. They’re they old style Dakar’s with an aal and are rated for 650 lbs in the ass. I’d imagine on your truck the ride may be a little rough but they’d never sag. If it is rough we can always remove the aal.

LOL I do like salads. Wait no I don’t. Anyways, I’m not sure. Now I’m considering a Chevy 63 swap. I can sell my b110 and extended rear brake lines and be out of pocket less than dakars (not including fab work). I just need to talk to joe and see what’d he’d charge.

Alright, well I'll skip the Icon leaf pack I was looking at for BF and take that money and get the King rears.

It did indeed. I’m up in Pennsylvania right now where the temp is a balmy 25. I brought this upon myself by cleaning off the heavy mud at the self serve car wash. The passenger side rear E-brake froze up and the wheel was dragging. Sure enough wiggling the cable freed it up. Then it refroze so I had to “jiggle the handle” again. Finally got it freed up and was on my way to fresh turkey. But what a PITA that was. Lesson learned: don’t set E-brake in cold weather after rinsing...

Edit: forgot to mention I f’ed up my brother-in-law’s gravel driveway something serious!

I’ve had that happen to me before. You can also tap the drum brakes with a hammer to free it up.

BF purchases for me so far... Ebay special TRD pro grill and garnish for $120. TRD intake for $320. Waiting to hear back from Wheelers and will be ordering my suspension today or tomorrow. I am deciding between 5100's up front with 887's, B100's in the rear w AAL and extended brake lines, 6112's up front, B100s in the rear and AAL or full OME kit with soft ride struts.

If you’re planning on b110, you’ll want to pair them with an aftermarket leaf pack. The stock leaves with an aal won’t flex enough to take advantage of them. If you go dakars in the back, then definitely b110 and extended brake lines
