Might be making a trip down to Charlotte in January which is tempting me to get sliders and skids from SOS Off-road. If I do go down, I'd be glad to pick up some stuff for you guys as well. I'll keep you posted.

Extending my driveway. Right now, I park on the grass next to the paved driveway. I'm going to dig out my spot because it's pretty muddy, fill it with stone and let it set over the winter. Next Spring/Summer, I'll pave the whole thing over.

Save the drive you could have them delivered to my shop and just pick them up. We have ample supply of rigging and lift equipment for loading. Shipping provided through XPO is a flat rate of $25 if you have a commercial loading dock

It’s not too bad, i’ve Never been stuck in my driveway, it just gets greasy and I track the mud into the cab every morning. In the Spring and Fall, I leave a trail of mud heading down the road every morning as the tires clean themselves off. For now, I’m putting down pulverized concrete. That stuff locks in pretty well.

Thanks! It's actually not at all, yet at least. I had one before and the aftercare instructions from this place is totally different so that might help the itch. They have me washing and rinising with warm water and antibacterial soap and then lightly wrapping it in Saran wrap. Do that 3/4 times a day for the first 72 hours .

Good morning, and happy feast day...

Semi-rocky start to the day, as we are now short one of our large crockpots.

We are making do 1 large and 1 small...

No one is coming over, so, nice quiet day here.

Probably gonna pick away at some things around here today, if everyone will let me....

Got the mirrors installed and the heating elements functional. I had to take a lot of breaks, not for beer though, but because it's so damn cold. Soldering and working my hands into that mirror was not fun being frozen. I don't think the cold helped with the plastic either because I broke a couple of those bottom clips on the backing of the mirror, the ones that actually hold it to the motor assembly. They seem to be holding fine. I slammed the door and smacked the mirror to make sure it doesn't pop out. Hopefully it holds but time will tell.

Is it really only $25? I'm not going down just to go to SOS, I've got other stuff to do down there. I didn't know it was only $25 for a business address. Have you done it before? I can't find it on their website.

    Edit
They use 3rd party LTL logistics for larger shipments. So more than likely you'll be charged a flat rate to business adress. LTL doesn't do home delivery, that would have to be done by a broker with a powered tail gate for delivery.
