Finally got mine done today. Mine were shot.

    Pretty straight forward.

    Three things to consider.

1)Make sure you have a 2 foot breaker bar for the bolts, mine were hard to break loose.
2)use an acetylene torch not a propane if possible to heat up the bracket to remove the rubber inset.
I used the propane torch on the first one and it took quite a while 15 minutes to get it out and made a mess.
I then used the acetylene torch and it popped out in 3 minutes and a few minutes to burn out the inside clean.
    3) I used the channel locks to get the new bushings in, took a while going back and forth from side to side.
The 2nd bushing I used a large hammer and went in with two hits useing antifreeze as the lube.

    Great product

My supercharger is being rebuilt right now so will not know for another week or so,
I had a small vibration at 30-35mph and I bet it’s from the one bushing that was totally destroyed

Your order was placed Nov 22nd at 1:16 p.m.

A confirmation email was sent at 1:16 p.m.

I received a message saying you did not receive the confirmation and resent the same confirmation Nov23rd at 12:41

Its an automated system. I dont see that you received your confirmation one day late. Perhaps the original confirmation email ended up in your junk mail box?

Front ends feels tighter, one of my diff bushings was totally shot and not holding anything.

    Easy job to do.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Has anyone installed these with a press? Does it make it easier or do you basically have to melt the old bushings out?

I took the remaining bits out with a nylon brush on a drill. I couldn’t seem to get the rest of it out with my propane torch. Once it’s all out they just slide in and don’t need a press.

I had a vibration at 35mph and replaced everything.

Ended up being the tires and they were only half worn.

I had them balanced over and over

Ended getting new tires and vibration is gone

I have replaced: both cvs, both upper and lower ball joints, both hubs and bearings, center bearing for the drive shaft, have not put in the ujoints but I have them. I replaced the struts about 6 months ago. EDIT: rack and pinion bushings and outer tie rod ends

My vibration starts at 35-40mph and it’s intermittent. Evens out around 90-95 lol.

Oh and I have brand new wheels and brand new tires. I have rotated them every 3000 miles. Have not went and checked the balance on them yet.

I just removed the 3” strut spacer and it helped a little bit. The driver side cv seems to binding “my diag” it barley spins freely when up on the post lift at work. Passenger side does spin freely. The driver side bushing is worn slap out from mileage, wear and tear, and the valve covers leaking down on it.

My vibration was coming from the front, the key and wheel would vibrate at 35-45 mph.
    No other spots.

It’s probably driveshaft or tires related.

Even with my tires balanced with tires half worn the issues were tires
