I still missed when you decided you wanted to sell your freshly painted truck. How much were you asking? 20k$?

It’s perfect. I don’t need to pay for a seat on the flight back because I will have my own seat.

It was awesome. Ate too much pork and lots of Poke. Didnt get any surf really wich sucked, but mother nature doesnt always play along. Got to do two super fun scuba dives, and I chilled a lot, did some cool hikes. Really no complaints if I am in Hawaii.

How was the dunes man? It looked like you guys had a blast!

It was pretty fun. Minus the whole UCA bushing issue i had so i stayed at camp for 2 of the runs.

But when i got there and the wind started picking up which started to make alot of waves i was like damn if you were here you would just be out there and not with us lol.

If they were good it would be hard to pass up haha. Generally you want no wind for waves, but thats a long conversation...did your uca bushing give out or what?

Ik nothing about surfing i just saw waves lol.

And yeah its eating its self. So much play that it’s actually rubbing on the steering rack and will lock it up at times. I was suppose to get the bushings Friday before the trip because i knew they were starting to get bad, but they never came. So after the first time out i looked and saw how bad it got and decti didn’t wanna take the truck out anyway because i had a long drive home.

I just got the new bushings in yesterday so waiting for a break in the rain to install them.

Smart call, no sense in destroying shit that far from the bay. This rain blows. Ive been up in Yuba City this week, been a shitty thanksgiving. Not just cause of the rain, that also is a long story.

Next week I really wanna get some work done on the truck. I got some parts for cheap for my front coil overs. Gonna put resis on em and lesson the compression stack. Its super stiff, but I am happy with the stiffer rebound. My truck agenda has been put on hold this month. Work and life kicked my ass.

I did hahah I knew I would most likely have to revalve them again. I wasnt exactly sure what would solve my issues. So I am glad I can cross of the rebound. From everything I read, it is virtually impossible to tune a shock perfectly the first go around. Its something you do until you find the right stack for your vehicle. Hopefully with softening the compression a bit, it will fix my issues. And if it doesnt I will try lessoning the preload as well. If that doesnt work mess with the bleed hahah Im gonna learn one way or another what my truck likes. Then I will mess with the rear shocks. Probably just stiffen up the rebound on the rear
