Update:

She’s in much better spirits as her pain block was revamped. Now it works. Still wearing the neck brace but the leg surgery is done.

Trying to find another 4Runner for her as I don’t want her driving the LandCruiser on salt brine roads. I reckon it would rust to pieces in one season if she did end up driving it.

 

Trying to find another trail or specific model in general?

 

A KDSS Trail Premium or similar. Think she wants a different color this time.

 

You’ll probably have to cross the river I’m guessing to find one. The local Toyota dealer is a little short on 4Runners.

 

To be honest, thinking about putting her in an all electric commuter car. Haven’t told her that yet though.

I went to mid-rivers mall today and saw 4 bad ass lifted Tacos. Didn’t know that’s the place where they all hang out!

 

Were you by the convention center yesterday? Lifted 3rd gen with a soft topper?

 

No sir. There’s some nice trucks around StL that’s for sure.

 

Forgot to update everyone last night. Hospital discharged her last night. Still very sore with bruises everywhere. A leg contraption to hold it at 30° and a walker.

But the best part is that she’s back home with us and as you can imagine our son is over the moon to have his mother back home.

- 5 Good Year 265/70/16 Kevlar Tires - Approximate mileage on the tires 7000 and the spare was never used & 4 OEM wheels ($700)

- 3rd gen lower control arm skid plates from RCI (powder coated by them) - $150 still brand new.

- Two aluminum cross bars (6 inch height) for $150

 

Good morning all. Any recommendations for a place to mount and balance new tires on new rims that won't mar the rims? The shop that usually does work for me won't do it as they are afraid of messing up the new rims. Thanks!
