    My math on the 80 too. Did you add the weight of the steel tank plus gas? 80 doesn’t care. Never noticed a difference. Taco may lean more.

    That’s just the weight of the additional fuel. I’m sure the LRA tank will be a good bit heavier that the plastic stocker.

    I was looking back through emails, but my iPad doesn’t keep all of them. I think my added steel weight was around 70 lbs. I figured it looked like a decent sized person in the back seat.

    The LRA fuel tank is 99lbs dry. Not sure what the OEM one weighs as every time I’ve taken it out it has had fuel in it, but the all plastic construction seems likely lighter than 30lbs once you account for removing/swapping the internals.

    I know someone on xrunderground got a performance trans from some shop in california (yes he swapped an auto into his xr) but I sadly could never find the name. I think he sold the truck awhile ago though. I am sure someone here who is more active/savvy on xrunderground knows who I am talking about, I can’t remember his username sadly. BUT that means there has got to be other people that sell/make performance transmission parts

    Lucario Runner upgraded his clutch packs with Raybestos packs. They have a higher torque capacity than OEM. I believe his is now rated to ~600 wtq. I think he also replaced the TC with the redesigned one, as the circa '08 models had a structural flaw with the welding.
