I'm in MN and heated seats are really nice. I don't think I would buy a vehicle without them again. I like the dual zone climate and sun roof as well. The safety features are nice. The JBL audio is pretty dated - would have been really nice about 5 years ago. I have preferred carplay integration instead of nav

Absolutely worth it to me. I enjoy the moon roof daily on my early morning commute to work. I also couldn't have another vehicle without leather or dual climate controls. We just love it!

Worth it for me as leather is a must for me. I am dirty a lot when I get in my vehicles and leather makes it's easy to clean. Moonroof isn't a necessity but I like having it. The heated seats work great and are nice. Happy with the JBL system so far. Dual climate is great for the wife.

I was still able to by my Sport for invoice with the premium package.

Definitely worth it! Seats are super comfortable and so far have held up very well, even with a german shepherd bouncing around. Heated seats and Auto climate control keep the wife happy  Also JBL is icing on the cake, love it.

I am kinda glad mine came without JBL, the inexpensive speaker upgrade made it sound better than JBL.

Went looking at a DCLB OR in inferno, liked the truck but it didn't have the leather, duel zone climate control, and heated seats that my SUV trade had. The dealership had a black DCLB OR with all those. I don't open the moon roof but it is nice to get the extra light in on nice days. Wife was shocked when I came home with another black vehicle. Options were more important than color.

Buddy picks his up Monday. 19 MGM TRDOR DCSB 4x4 Tow, Tech, Premium packages. 4,000 off sticker, no charge to get it shipped to that dealer (then they add their “500” dealer fee)...so 3500 off sticker and 4300 off total. Then finance with Toyota and got another 1k off for being military.

If you can work that good of a deal, our premium/tech packages are definitely nice to have

I am considering trading in my 2017 for a 2019 "fully loaded" my 2017 has everything minus the JBL, Wireless phone charging, moonroof, BSM and this Toyota Safety Sense stuff. I took a 2019 for a test drive yesterday.. I have a few scratch marks and some bad memories with my 2017 .. I will be paying $60 more a month though .. I am on the fence. They will take off $4000 on the upgrade package on the 2019. I am still in a financing term with 6 years left on my 2017 .. What do? I got the colour red for an ex girlfriend who at the time was a girlfriend .. Broad gone now stuck with red truck I want calvery blue now!!!! FML

I think the Tow Package is standard equipment on the V6 now.

It's a luxury so if you absolutely need to have it, by all means. I have all these plus more in both my X5 and my wife's Denali. My X5 has the panoramic roof that opens up basically the entire rooftop ..in the past 7 years of ownership, we've used it like perhaps 3 times or so.

Leather is not just more comfy but low maintenance. With regular oiling, it less prone to stains, water spills, etc. My son accidentally spilled a large soda in my X5 ..cleanup was quick and had to clean up afterwards for the sugary residue. GPS nowadays is a moot point. I always find myself using my phone/Google maps without even thinking about it. My X5 also has outdated maps now and I'm not paying stealership $500 to update it. Prem audio..I dunno. I'm 43 yrs old now so long past that age where I listen to loud music that will shorten the lifespan of my beloved ear drums. I think nowadays most manufacturers use more than decent audio system even for standard models.

I'll be trading my X5 for a OR which will be a downgrade in a lot of ways (luxury wise) but to me, these are non factors. Probably the only thing I'll miss the most would be heated seats/steering wheel which I use almost daily now (I park outside and it's already dropped to low 30s here in Sacramento). But then our main human hauler remains my wife's Denali which is pretty much top of the line with all options decked out.

But yeah, if your Taco would be your main daily driver and more, I'd consider the prem package. But it's not the end of the world either if you don't have it.

Are the seats actually more comfortable in the leather premium pack, or are they the same uncomfortable seats just covered with leather onstead of cloth?

They "feel" better to me in cloth but I suspect the seats and seat height are about the same.

I actually like the feel of my clazzios better than the Toyota leather.

Worth it if those features are important to you (moonroof, dual auto climate control, leather, heated seats, jbl, etc). I really wanted those features and was willing to pay a little extra for them. My dealership was able to find one pretty easily and get it for me at invoice. Good luck with your search!

I haven’t seen anyone complain that they wish they hadn’t bought it. I do enjoy the features. You won’t regret it!

I originally wanted a Pro but it doesn’t come in a longbed. The limited was also on my list except, you guessed it, doesn’t come in a longbed (US). Both these trucks come pretty much “loaded” with options. It’s nice to be able to get pretty much those features on an OR or a Sport.
