    Rather surprised how dark the power steering fluid was. I did the turkey baster method with some hose added to it. I'll do a few more of these over the next few days.

    I bought the 2017 model, the newer model comes with a light and laser guide, and costs $200 more. Laser guides are a gimmick, I can buy a light for $40. What sold me is that it came with a free miter stand, listed at $250.

    I started off with miter saw meant 8-1/4" Rockwell. It was news when 10" saws hit the market. Compound saws were scary at first.

    Got some enormous DeWalt saw now. Bought their stand too. Makes the saw look better.

    I really wanted to get the Makita 10”, front facing slider with all the bells and whistles, or the Bosch 10” with the glider/slide with all the bells and whistles. Both saws are new at about $550, but when reviewed by cabinet makers, they cut out of square when using the slider. They are both trying to compete with the Festool, $1500, which I wouldn’t want to throw in my truck.

    That Festool is like the Snap On of woodworking but that price, lol. You can buy two off the rack models for less & they never go on sale unless there damaged.
