man weather forecast was way off on the snow amount here...said 1-3"inches possible...what did we get? 8"!!! that will definitely put a hamper on out of area hunters

 

and now I got to plow snow...Im going to get coffee, and breakfast first though

Some of our ridges are so steep here that legs are shorter on one side than the other, geneticthey are easy to pattern as they keep walkin around the mountain.or they would fall down.

Yup. Pretty good size for a spike too. I had actually shot at a big 8 or 10 point earlier in the morning but missed, I think this one will be much tastier.

 

weird we only got rain just north of you. I only see frozen rain mix in the forecast.

 

A friend of mine has a great piece of land to hunt but owner only allows them to bow hunt. this is today filming from bow stand!

Its a piece of land rite at the city limits of our town.the land across the road is in city limits and bow only but this is in the county but owner wont letem use guns, its a honey hole for sure, he brings a 130in buck off it every year!!he has already got one this year in there..only 2 people have permisson on it so all i get is pictures from him

 

I have a small place where we live and there is about 600 acres behind me that a rancher owns. He want let anybody hunt it even his family. I have a feeder right across his fence behind my shop. They legal when they jump the fence.

 

thats funny,i had permission to hunt a little draw behind my house for15yrs.some kid posted it must have got sol permission.put a posted sign on tree 2ft in front of my ladder stand and was kind of shitty about it . so i watched a 7point feed for 15 minutes in the draw 2 weeks ago. he walked toward my land.both front feet and vitals on My land and i busted that thing with my muzzleloader.hehehe
