Do you know when? The stock Limited tails make me cringe every time I see them...

I busted one of my tails on the trails and ended up ordering depos due to lack of good alternatives. They've been on for 6 months or so and I like the look over the stock OR tails. Only problem I've had is a bad bulb after a few months. Fit and finish is good. I do hope TRS comes up with a good aftermarket option, like these headlights, before I bust one of my depos.

That’s fine and dandy, I can plug an led bulb in the stock housing too. That doesn’t mean the stock projector is designed for that bulb since different light sources act differently

Exactly what the above 2 said... good lights are not just the light part but also the housing, reflector, hardware that completes the package. A stock housing will work just not as well as a purpose built hid projector housing (RX350).

Perhaps - in speaking with TRS the led setup should be better than a 50% upgrade versus a stock setup - is plug and play, is aesthetically nicer (black housing), has switchbacks and better bulb life. A proper HID setup will be closer to a 75 - 100% upgrade over stock but again involves ballasts, new projector housings, paint, switchbacks if you want them, etc.

I think these are a great option for a lot of people... myself, i am going the HID retro way with quad bi-xenons.. im also spending twice as much. These serve a great portion of the market as both functional and aesthetic upgrades.

You also have to keep in mind these guys aren’t a small company that only works on odds and ends, they make housings for dozens of vehicles, they sell projectors, retrofit kits, bulbs, etc. to/for people all over the world

The little yellow led on the side (as seen on the parking light picture)...

Is this on 24/7 when the car is parked? Or just until the car is locked, then they turn off?

What exactly is parking mode? And if that little yellow light is on all the time can it be turned off via some switch/setting?

It’s just a running light. Comes on with parking lamps/headlight just like your stock. AFAIK the XB’s don’t have anything different
