Today was not fun but kinda fun!

Removing the old superbumps was a NIGHTMARE. They basically were dry rotted and I broke them off to get to the bolt in there. They won't be resold, but they're off. The passenger side Allen bolt completely stripped and I have to cut the head and drill out the bolt. Luckily you can access the inside of where the bumpstops mount and I threw a bolt on the back and it's all set.



My secret Santa gifts were delivered as well and @Unchained 5150 absolutely KILLED it!!





Of course I had to get them installed tonight too!!! Driver is Rigid and passenger is Amazon fog:

Honestly, the "gift" to others is that the wife made me swear on everything that they were TWSS gifts and I did NOT order them. Thought I was going to be sleeping outside!

I was BLOWN away. Going out with the wife tonight and get to drive some back roads with the fogs on and I cannot wait. I drove around the block and they are VASTLY superior to the Amazon shit ones. The beam pattern is HUGE!!

Well, I am glad that I worked on the truck on Saturday afternoon because 24 hours later (Sunday afternoon into the evening and overnight) we were struck with a snow storm. Predicted 9-13" but it was more like 4-6" but I bet that is because of the wind. Woke up this morning to shovel and it is heart attack snow. Roads were shit and people were stuck on side streets. Still had to go into work. Thankful for good weather on Saturday and a patient wife

I thought the Black Friday spending was over, however, that could not be farther from the truth! Still have some funds in the PayPal account, luckily!!

This morning, I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother, @GARSHA91, that should help him with his build and future plans. Hope he likes it!

Next, was this year's TWSS gift for my victim. It was NOT a dick glitter bomb or dick gummies. He posted one thing only, I found something similar and sent it out. Hope s/he likes it. Maybe they'll reconsider actually posting a list/hobbies etc next year to received a more personalized care package. Oh well.

Perused the "what did Santa bring" thread a little and found a product called "Luminoodle". Been looking for a solution like that for camping and it will work GREAT!! Ordered one.

Lastly, I called up to the great white north and ordered my frame plates. FINALLY! Canada for the win!!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have been waiting by the phone all day waiting for them to call me back. I gave them all my information but I guess I am waiting for them to call me to finalize the order.

You’re gonna love the luminoodle. I fucking LOVE mine. Literally every person I’ve camped with has commented something positive about it. Had one for a little under a year and it stopped working, and they sent me a new one right away with no issues. Huge fan.
