    Huh, I have never heard that before. I am not a molecular cook by any means but I do understand some of the science of certain things. Is there a reason why or is it just taste or does it have to do with how the ingredients of each acts on the different proteins? My tortillas are the flour type, and Carb Balance brand, well, because speedo season is always just right around the corner.

    I'm hispanic, and eat Tacos on a regular basis. When I get Bistek (beef) Tacos, I eat them with flour Tortillas, and eat grilled chicken with corn Tortillas. It's more of personal preference.
