Omg, I was just thinking of him the other day. After reading your post I'm now reminiscing the time you guys spent the night at my cabin. Him, you & I was sitting around the fire that morning having coffee and bs'ing. Such a great guy.

We were slackers and slept in y'all. It's 30 degrees here now in full sun.

Since we work so much we can't prep for it but today we'll go spend time with my mom at the nursing home. She's thankful no matter what but it's sad for us she's forced to be there.

Also, my nephew who I held as a baby, and who honored me by asking me to say the prayer for their wedding dinner last year in Mexico is at the hospital with his wife waitingfor their Son Liam to be born. We're just coming off being sick so we're not going to be safe.

So it's a somber day but also a happy day for me, us.

Sometimes traditions have to be nontraditional. Regardless, way we are thankful for each other and all we do have. I'm definitely thankful for all of my friends here on the forum. You all are very special people!

    Rob

That’s rough. My first trip to green ridge was with him and chip. Really nice guy. I hope chip is doing well because I know they were close.

GR was his favorite place to camp , he would get there 2 days before any of us could just so he could be by himself and enjoy the peacefulness of Forest .

Well, I said I was going to be good after doing my lift............so much for that.

In the last two days I've bought all reinforced aluminum Mobtown skids for the entire belly of the Taco. The T Case skid is used (thanks to Jerry for the great deal) but in great shape. The other two I took advantage of the Black Friday deal. All three are just 77 lbs.

I never plan on going nuts in rock gardens but wanted something without adding a lot of weight.

I need to paint or coat them. I couldn't see paying for powder coat just to scratch them up. I want touch-ups to be easy.

Sup Jim? Thanks. Tryin' to get built for the woods.

Yea, seems like the bed liner spray is the favorite choice. I know I liked how your sliders turned out. What brand did you use? I've also read there are tractor paints that are durable. I'd like to get something in a can that I can use a roller with. I'm not concerned about looks. It's all flat so with a small sponge roller it should be easy peasy.
