Anyone have any idea of the difference between the Husky WeatherBeaters and the more expensive X-Act Contour?

I have the WeatherBeater... chose them partially because of cost but they fit really well. The rear liner has a good fit although it is not perfect; it doesn't lie completely flat on rear passenger side and can be caught by feet. It is minor. I would assume the X-act would have an even better fit... but I can neither confirm nor deny. I do not regret the WeatherBeater.

X-Act Contour mats are more flexible than the Weather Beaters which are stiff.

Had OEM in my 2018 MT DCSB. Terrible for holding any quantity of snow and protecting sill plate. Have had weathertech in my wife's car and husky in our suburban.

Chose husky liners since husky contour is not available in MT. Coverage is excellent and snow load is no problem. The weathertech got brittle and the husky liners in the suburban have held up well after 200k+ of usage.

Expecting the same durability with liners in tacoma.

I guess my spurs have been wearing away my Toyota mats. Didn’t know I wore spurs. I do know I need some Huskys pronto!600611E8-C6C4-4ECC-A131-5EB09983053F.jpg

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
Don't have any experience with the OEM's -I ordered my truck with nothing added exc. "tow pkg." . I ordered the Huskies (exact fits) from auto anything (best price) and they have been great. I am especially impressed when I clean them -I use a stiff plastic scrub brush and dishwashing soap -they come dry looking absolutely new . One of my favorite purchases by far --the other -- the Carhartt seat covers!

Thank you for the information, couldn't see any major differences on their website.
I have a manual so I am going with the Weatherbeaters.

Nothing wrong with the Weatherbeaters. I had them in my '16 Tacoma SR5.

If you have an MT, weatherbeaters are your only choice ... you will not be disappointed.

I had the Husky X-act Contours in my last truck. Think I'll go back to the Weatherbeaters also. They don't leave white particles from the paper towel when you sop water up from them like the X-acts Contours do.

I really like the x-acts, had them on my Tundra. For some reason Husky is not making them for MT Tacomas....

Husked x- act contour was the 1st thing I bought for my truck. It catches all the snow water and dirt. They fit perfectly and I like how they provide a little extra on the door sill. Never had the weather techs but have seen them next to the Toyota weather mats and the husky liners are far more supirior.
