Its clear you have no idea or just don't care or maybe you don't have the time to properly maintain the condition of you vehicle if you take it through a "touchless" car wash or better known as a "chemical" car wash that will eventually destroy your plastics, rubber, crome, and even your clearcoat. Ask your reputable local detailer what they think of touchless car washes. Your benz may have not looked better with the ceramic coating but i guaranty you it was better protected from the adversities of mother nature. My guess is the pre prep was done incorrectly or you had it done by someone who has no clue about C coating application or your black paint would without question have looked noticeably better. Head on over to the detailing forums and read for yourself. God I love when the uninformed and uneducated spread opinions like they are facts. Been doing this for 30+ years and it make me chuckle. Thank you!

Quick question for you guys. I live in the north east and experience some terrible winters. The salt thrown all over the place is prone to find its ways on my truck. Have any of you worked with any type of spray treatment to the undercarriages of your trucks? I know there’s a grease that I can apply but I am looking into the line of a rhino liner type solution.

A lot of people recommend and use "Fluid Film". You can search here or google it. In Canada, a lot of us use Krown Rustproofing or similar. Applied annually by a Krown dealer. It's an oily type product - about $140 for whole truck. Not sure if Krown is in the US.

I got my Powertray from @Mr.PowerTrays in and started doing some design work. My goal is to fit the Bussman, a 10 gang Blue Sea Bus Bar, a 4 block fuze holder, a surface mount circuit breaker and (3) 6 position WeatherPack connectors.

Here is the tray held into position in the truck. It can be slid forward if you're willing to sacrifice some access to the stock fuse box.

I'm currently leaning towards option 3 as none of the clearance boxes (orange transparent in the model) interfere with any of the stock engine components which will keep me from having to squeeze anything in or have any pinched wires. Not 100% sold yet, always open to suggestions.

That looks really good man... Normally I 'm not a big fan of that blue, but with the black wheels and those running boards it looks great! Is this stock suspension? Also, what running boards are those? TIA

Planted a cooler/storage bin in the back. I would have put it in the front, but that space is reserved for the dog.

I put a chain with a tensioner and a lead that ties to the dogs collar so he can’t go passed the bed of the truck.

I installed Dogde Sprinter D rings throuought the bed of the truck.

    Installed a Can-Back

    Installed OVTune 104r

#16 in a two-pack from Lowes, goes from 3/4" to 1-1/2". (stainless, item #0080887) It's a nice fit without any excess.
