    That’s what I’ve always heard, but there isent much difference between a distribution block in the cab or at the battery

    Less likely to have RF signals attach to the wire that are created by other circuits. Grounding to the battery helps also, though you wouldn't think it would.

    So it was a nice 4 day weekend, dident do much.. butgot sone new electronic presents for the truck :anonymous:

    Will start installing them soon!

    Got some firewall boots so no more stuffing wires through the factory grommets! Installed one on each side.

    Also got the ham’s main unit and wiring ran. Just need to finish the mirror mount.

    A few things left to finish up, but Shound be ready to winter camp now. No more condinsation in the tent from burning propane. :bananadance:

    Tacked in place, mounting points and winch points all drilled and ready. Next step is bending the tube so I can burn it all together D4A47BEE-5DA4-42AE-97D4-01E6EBD8EC2C.jpg

    Didn't expect dimple dies to bend 3/16 plate so easily... by the time i was done with the 7 dimples the plate had a good curve to it.
