This may have been covered but I've spent all day and night searching and can't find anything of relevance. I'm looking at Method wheels 17x8.5 with 0MM on ATW/3 265/70/17 tires for my 18 Pro. I've read some that say the ATW/3's in this size cause rubbing as I guess they're a tad wider than average. With the Pro having a 1" lift over the OR and Sport models does anyone that has these have any issues with rubbing? I'm assuming the mud flaps will have to go I just don't want to worry about any UCA or fender rubs.

For further help, I'm looking at Method wheels. 17x8.5 with 0mm offset. I've read so much info but everything is geared to sport and OR suspension. I'm assuming the 1" pro lift makes a difference.

Should going from stock 16" Pro wheels to the 17x8.5 with 0mm rub? I want the Falken Wildpeak AT tires... Please give me some help wheel pros...

You’ll be fine. I have 8 inch wide 16s with a 0 offset and 265 75 16 and don’t have any issues on an off road. Yours will stick out 1/4 inch more. With the additional height of the pro you’ll be fine. Seems some run 285s on them stock and don’t rub much.

Use calculator above to see inner clearance change and how much they will stick out. Tire width is the same as stock so no need to factor that in.

This is great thanks! I believe the stock pro wheels are 16x7 with 13mm offset. By the calculations, i'll be just over 6mm closer to the strut and 32mm further out.

If you’re staying with 265 tires they will be fine. When people go to 285s they move 10mm closer to the uca vs 265 width. (20 mm difference in width, 10 each side). If you eventually jump to 285s that would be when you get close, but would more than likely still be fine. I almost bought 17x9+1 offset wheels and would have been fine, but decided I didn’t want to run 10.5ish wide tires on 9 inch wide wheels.
