I noticed that they have steel spacers, but most of the spacers I've seen are aluminum. Is aluminum better for spacers than steel?

Also, their ordering system is weird. Is it purchased by 1 set of 4? Or individually?

    I don’t know what metal mine are...sorry.

I think it was priced per two, but it’s been so long I don’t remember. I just remember wanting 1” and Spidertrak only made 1.25”

Ok. But is there any rational why aluminum is more popular as a space than steel?

Ok. So why offer it then. Would it be used for like Baja trucks or F1 cars or something?

Might as well get what'll work with spindle gussets just in case I get them in the future. I think that's 1.25" for my wheels. Thanks dudes!

Maybe next time we hit the gorge I won't need recovered.....twice.....:mudding:

I have been thinking about 1.25" spacers, but the idea of steel spacers intrigues me.

Spacers will put you a lot closer to your cab mount at lock, something to keep in mind. Probably want to max your caster if you haven't already to get off it. Then cut everything off and take the spacers off, get wheels with all the backspace, and put 35s on. It's the only logical thing to do, imo

Do you want to wheel it? This particular group isn't too big on meetup things. Spontaneous wheeling trips and mod days all the time tho

I'm having trouble convincing my better half to let me do a suspension lift. So, for now, I'm only going to go up to a 275/70/17. I want the spacer to get dat stance, yo!

Those spacers might end up making you trim/hammer things. Maybe. Idk, I run BB tars.

Don't convince, just do it. Buy the stuff, ship it to one of us, leave for the weekend and show up home lifted.

Far as that tire size, @MedlinAround will be the only person you could swap tires with if you cut one on the trail.
