Long shot, but does anyone have any old Falken Wildpeak ATW3's laying around in size 285/70-17? Just noticed a huge fucking gash in one of mine and don't really want to buy a brand new tire if possible.

 

where did you buy them? At discount tire I had an MTR replaced for free under roadside hazard warranty. They were all pretty low on tread and i was buying a whole new set that day. He put a pen in the gash and said yep, if I can see kevlar in there then it's covered. So I got five tires and paid for four.

 

I didn’t spring for the certificates so we’ll see what happens. I’ll take it by there tomorrow.

FML... I came home and found that my ditch lights had been delivered to the door. I was minding my own business when my neighbor came over to check out what I was doing and ended up getting side tracked talking to him. Typical PNW I started raining so I went to pull my truck in the shop to finish up. Flipped my whipers on outta habit forgetting I had bunched the drivers side of the wiring up under the cowl gathering up slack. Long story short it winched about 4’ of the wiring harness up underneath the motor. I cut it all out and spliced it back together but damn what a friggen nightmare
