Don’t lock the front. You’re gonna grenade CVs and tie rods left and right with how much skinny pedal you use.

4.56. Reading the thread on 35s, that was the general consensus for manual tranny 4.0’s. Auto are 4.88.

Use this formula it'll get you close to stock ratio with stock tires.

current tire size x stock/old gear ratio
    old tire size

    A thing or two...
The math says that, with 35s, 4.28 gears would match factory gearing/tire size. I would go with 4.56 to be slightly overgeared, like @EatSleepTacos said.

Nope but I probably should be. If I go 35s I’ll certainly regear to 4.56

I had a similar experience a few years back. I was prepping to have a bathroom remodeled and had bought a shit ton of bathroom stuff. I had also just ordered 4 255/80/17 st maxx from DTD. Everything happened to be delivered on the same day ups. I heard the truck roaring up the road (it had a distinct sound) so i opened the garage and went out to help him. When we had everything unloaded i tossed him a 20. He delivered a lot of crap to my house over the years without destroying it, its the least i could have done. Plus i think we emptied out half his truck that day haha.
