So serious question for you guys, what happens if you break something that can’t be fixed or get into something that your not getting out of up in the mountains? I mean you can’t just call up a wrecker. I could see doing these things in an old truck but I paid way to much for a nice new truck to risk killing it when I don’t have all the money in the world to fix it back. Not downing you guys at all that can do these crazy trails, looks fun as heck but to much risk for me personally.

Its all about experience. The shitty part is that you have to fuck up a few hundred times in order to gain that experience.

That one time the truck wouldn't move 12 miles in CO's backcountry, just after two river crossings that signaled the end of the "maybe get towed out" area...talk about on your own.

All I really know is whats in the video. I just remember seeing it a few years ago and it proves extreme & remote recoveries can be done, but not easily haha

You go with friends. Depending on the situation they can help you do a trail fix, tow you out, or let your family know where they can find your body.
