Those spacers are to prevent the turd gen wheels from rubbing the frame right? I tried spacers with them (1.25 and 1.75) but the rubbing got worse.

The zip ties is because you're running a smaller battery than what the truck calls for stock, right? I remember seeing your battery and it was tiny.

See how sucked in they were? They didn't rub at all though. Just looked dumb.

suddenly I don't feel so good about my zip tie - battery tie down solution...

 

I'll sell em to you with the wheels and tires if I don't need em with the new wheels.

 

it's the same size as the Optima yellow top I was running before, but I still have the stock battery tie down which doesn't work so well with ones that size

 

That's why I got the alum bracket, can shake the truck around by it if you wanted to now

My OEM bracket never really held my battery all that great but it still held it okay, if you remember mine was missing the front bolt entirely and that's why it tried to weld itself to my power steering high pressure hose.
