So the drive to work this morning was fun. First time I've been glad that I got 4WD. Didn't really need it except to avoid from getting hit from the idiots. You could see the ice on the roads as clear as a cube in my freezer, yet people acting like it was a normal day lol. That said it handled flawlessly, couldn't be more impressed.

Been on Tamiflu? Within the first 24 hours it's pretty effective...especially against A-strain.

It is the flu, right?

 

I think it's just a sinus infection. I'm not running a fever although I get the chills and warm easily.

Been taking all the over the counter stuff but have not seen a doctor or been prescribed anything.

Just that feeling like you're eating a knuckle sandwich non stop all day is draining.

 

I make the effort to have a cup a day for the past 7+ years. Can't recall ever having the flu or a really bad cold.

Chaga tea is another to look into. I harvest my own.

I don't grind it to make tea. I just keep a chunk in a small cast iron pot and boil it and let it steep. Just add more water and warm. Gets better & richer with time. A chunk a little bigger than a golf ball will last several weeks.

 

Y'all add fresh ginger or no?
