So how hard is it to install one of the slimline type winch bumpers?

All chrome removed, TRD Pro grill, All-Pro Apex sliders, ARB twin compressor with Slee mount. SSO slimline bumper with Smittybilt X20, Softopper
Hardest part for me was the mental prep of cutting the plastic bumper cover on a new truck. Did not remove the cover cut it in place. Then unbolted the underlining aluminum bumper. The use of a floor jack helped with the install, did it with the help of my wife. No regrets, I like the look. I went with the Southern Style slimline. Very well made product. Bought it on a group by. Winch is a Smittybilt X20. As previously mentioned the access bolts to mount the winch are tough with man sized hands. IMG_0328.jpg

I am already not running a front plate on my car. I would be playing with fire by not having one on the truck.
