Sorry, but this makes no sense. You claim that the mixture is safe on tint, but in the next line, you claim that you use plexus on the tint.

How about just using a microfiber glass towel and stoners invisible glass. Damn near unbeatable combo and not nearly the trouble that you go through.

I use vinegar and a paper towel, inside and out. Have been doing so since 07 windows and tint look fine.

I was amazed at the results using vinegar. Even gets the water spots off the outside with virtually no effort.

ok let me explain dawn, detergent for cleaning, rubbing alcohol, for anti streaking and water makes a solution mild enough for everyday use inside and out even for aftermarket tint/film and factory privacy glass (factory tint).
For aftermarket film (tint)I use Plexus,a plastic restorer/protectant/cleaner/release spray because of the effects of a just cleaned surface (squeeky clean) will have an ill effect on your film and the rubber seals ,and thus have a tendency to grab and pull seals and film plus wear and tear on window regulator, your windows seal from the inside out, most of your seal is on the inside.

    (window tint ) aftermarket tint/film
    (privacy glass) factory tint
plexus will help to preserve the tint/film from peeling/failing and ...
dry silicone release spray on your window seals once a year will also make your regulator and window/tint last. "an ounce of prevention ..."
