Company is supposed to be paying for relocation. After we started getting everything setup & they found out about how much it was going to cost they started telling us they wouldn’t move certain things because it cost to much. At first it wasn’t a problem to move my safe now their telling me I have to pay them half of the cost to move it or they won’t move it. They want me to pay them almost double of what I paid for the safe when I bought it.

thats dirty. either pay for it or dont... Also dirty on the moving company. Get you a couple of strong friends and put it in your truck. We used to slide them into pickups all the time at work. or a trailer and pallet jack.

This is not uncommon. Corporate relocation packages have specific contracts/pricing structures with moving companies. Cheaper to ditch some stuff and buy new. Some packages will include window coverings and closing costs. Others are only basic items. They can even be prorated if the employee resigns, etc. Sucks.

I’ve already ditched a bunch of stuff, I done got rid of basically all of my furniture to make room for them to move my safe. That was the only thing I cared about them moving because I have no way of moving it myself & they was fine with moving it until it come time to setup the moving date.

Is it normal for suspension to behave slightly differently depending on the weather? My Icons seem to have stiffened up since the temperature has gone down.

Less cushy, more jolty. Still dampens the movement so it isn't bouncy or anything.

I know I need to rebuild the rears. Previous owner said the fronts were done recently already.

Some people don't like smoking, half rolling, piles of unsafe shit riding down the road at high rates of speed. For the rest of you with illegal tint and modified exhausts... small price to pay.

I agree with inspections. It makes you take your vehicle in for a 100+ point inspection where the person inspecting actually gives a damn. Take it to a dealership and have them do the inspection in a non inspection state, I bet they won't find anything! Been there done that.
