I used to sell a lot on here, I’d say maybe a quarter of my customers were one off users.

It’s probably a good idea. But it would decrease commerce around here a lot.

 

I've sold a few things to users on here with little or one/two post counts...just have to vet them with a little more caution. Both times that come to mind recently, they were stand up dudes that just don't like to go online much. Actually I think the only time I've gotten exactly what I wanted $$-wise from what I was selling was when I was selling it to a new user...usually the ones with high post counts/popular on the forums like to haggle more lol

 

Gawd damn, I spent over 200$ on gas last weekend

 

alright I think I'm going to try this approach next before buying the flux core welder or finding someone to do it

cut or grind this little area of the drain plug off using a dremel with a small cutoff wheel or or grinding tip

then use a hammer and chisel to tap it in the direction to loosen it

I'll also pick up some PB blaster since it seems to be glued on there

I love my metal squirt gun. Saved me so much money doing my own fab work. Now I want a tig.

 

Tigs cool when guys do titanium exhaust manifolds.

 

If it isn’t to stripped then Metal tape on the end of the allen key works to help fill the void

That looks pretty reasonably priced. Never welded, but I may have to pick up a starter.

I get rusty too. I play with a few scrap parts before I start to burn on my truck if it's been a few months.

 

Did you build the whole bed cage and tube the front yourself?
