Congrats Cap!! I know it's hard to quit. I did it a couple times. I would never expect anyone to do what we did.

The big C though, that's a whole new motivational tool.

 

I bought a Baofeng handheld HAM the other day on an Amazon lightening deal.
I am gonna try to study and take the test on the 15th of Dec.

Congrats on ANY time spent smoke free. It ain't easy. I quit in 2002 after decades. Justified the four door F-150 I got myself, with the cig savings. Haven't touched it since. Worried about drinking, the beach, driving - all smoking "habits". Didn't happen, conquered them all cold turkey. Couldn't make wife quit tho. She did last year after the Surgeon that has done 7 (SEVEN) stents in the hospital on her in the past THREE years. That's where they replace collapsed veins. Cause - cigarettes. She just vapes now, and the Dr. says that's OK.

So, you CAN. It's totally worth it. Just have to watch the hunger thing, because that is very real. So, find some good things to do with your body (working hard on your truck!)

Heck yeah. The dude at the shop was like "you gunna lift it?" I said I already did 3 inches in front." He goes well it ain't gunna be able to turn real good." I told em "toss em in the bed and I'll take care of that this weekend" lol

 

My tires were delivered this morning!!!

Headed to the in-laws tomorrow to wash the truck and pick them up.
