I'll look tonight if I remember. My nerves on this whole buying a house thing has me on wallet defense. This will be the second time I've shelled out almost $400 for an inspection on a house. First one had 15' of termite damage on the main floor joist that needed repaired. I didn't even like that one, but my wife did. We would've severely low balled it but our realtor said that wasn't ethical, so we moved on. (75k under asking)

 

I’m just messing with ya Josh. Man that sucks. Think I’d tell that realtor to suck my asshole. Put in the bid. Bitch just didn’t want to lose that commission. Fuck ethical when you’re trying to sell shit that will cost a small fortune to fix.

I really didn't like it anyway, so I was kinda happy it failed. It also only had grounds to the GFCI Outlets. Every other outlet in the whole house had no grounds. Also there were 4 breaker boxes, only 2 were live, one of which was uncovered in the attic. Also the sewer vent was inside the attic. They didn't run it all the way through the roof.
